At PetRoots, we care about the health and safety of your pets. For this reason, we follow strict quality control measures to ensure that all products reach you in perfect condition.

Return & Refund Policy

  • We do not accept returns on any products once they are sold.

  • Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.

  • This policy is in place to maintain product hygiene, safety, and quality standards, especially for pet food items.

Exchange Policy

  1. We offer product exchange within 5 days of delivery only in the following cases:

    1. You received the wrong product.

    2. The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.

    3. The product is expired or near expiry at the time of delivery.

Exchange Conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number, invoice) is required.

  • Photos or videos showing the issue must be provided to our customer support team.

Exchange Process:

  • Contact our customer support within 5 days of receiving your order.

  • Provide your order details and images/videos of the product issue.

  • Once approved, we will arrange an exchange for the same product or an alternative of equal value (if the same product is unavailable).

Note: Exchanges will not be accepted for:

  • Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery.

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

  • Situations where customers change their mind after purchase.
